Peacefully at Helen Henderson Care Centre on Sunday April 24, 2016 in her 102nd year.
Predeceased in 1963 by her beloved husband Jack. Loving mother of Ken and his wife Joan, Jack and his wife Brenda and Scott and his wife Kathy. Cherished grandmother of Stephen and his wife Maha, Peter and his wife Lily and Angela and her husband Andrew Smith, Jacqueline Olynyk and her husband Geoff and Danielle Pierce and her husband Andrew. She will be sadly missed by her 10 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will gather at Sydenham Street United Church on Friday April 29 at 2 p.m. for a Service in Celebration of her Life. A reception will follow in the Church Hall. She will be buried later beside her husband in Montreal.
The family wish to express their sincere appreciation to the staff at Helen Henderson for their wonderful care for more than 9 years.
Memorial donations, for those wishing, may be made to the Kingston Humane Society or to Sydenham Street United Church.
